Process Steps

• Details as specified on the form have to be duly filled and mailed/ couriered with the original certificate to RewardPort Spa Reservations.
• On receipt of the form, an appointment will be fixed for you by our Spa Reservations Consultant at the designated spa outlet and a confirmation would be sent to you
• At the time of service, carry the proof of appointment and the specific spa /salon gift voucher, as the case maybe, and enjoy the service.
• Any extra services availed at the outlet will be paid by the user before leaving.
